1. What is E-Seminar Solutions?
E-Seminar Solutions is a seminar/event/class management solution that has the ability to effectively and efficiently service subscribers in the following ways: market, register, track and correspond with its clients. A subscriber will post events that will be marketed and clients will come and register for them. Then the subscriber will be able to keep registrants updated prior to the event.
2. How do I browse available Events?
There are 3 ways to search for events:
- Look on the calendar and each event is listed on the date it is being held. They are color coded by what category they are in
- Use the categories section of the page by searching the available events in each category.
- Look at the available Events for the current month directly below the calendar to see the available events, in each category for the current month.
3. How Do I register for an Event?
To register for an event follow these steps:
- Find the event from either the Category List or on the Calendar
- Click on the Event to get to the Details page
- At the bottom of the page click on the Register button
- Fill out the form
Now you are registered for your event.
4. What Do I Do after I register?
After you register for an event you should receive an e-mail confirming your registration. Sometime before the class you should also receive another email with any pre-class handouts you need.
5. How to Contact Us
If you need to contact us about anything click on the "Offer Feedback" link on the Homepage in the top right corner. If you question is specific to a seminar, then go to "View Detail" and you will find the Seminar Contacts name, phone and email.
